Stock Availability

In the event of an ordered item being out of stock, we will contact you directly and immediately. You are entitled to cancel the order without penalty should a delay occur, providing that it has not already been dispatched.

Stock Pricing

The goods and prices on this website apply to orders placed on this website only and may differ to 'in store' prices, i.e. at Shock-Wave's retail outlets, or orders placed on telephone.

Payment:

We accept Visa Credit and Debit, Switch, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Cheques. Cheques are subject to clearing prior to shipment. We do not process Credit or Debit Card payments until the day the goods are actually shipped.

Tax:
All prices on this site are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate where applicable.

Guarantee:

All goods supplied from SHOCK-WAVE ONLINE carry a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.

We are happy to refund the cost of any article should it not be satisfactory for any reason within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Contact us on 01772 733595 7 days per week 10am-5pm for a 'RETURN AUTHORISATION'. The product must be returned to us in new, unused re-saleable condition with any original packaging. Should there be a fault with any of the goods we shall arrange to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you at our cost. These conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English law
